He was in the military for eight years and earned two bronze stars. After the military, Frank worked for an international dealership, a worldwide delivery company as an airline ground support technician for eight years, and did construction equipment repair on the side. In 2005 Frank decided to open his own business, and United Fleet Service LLC was born.
